Ashley, Shaw - Shaw Ashley is a North Myrtle Beach native and grad uated from North Myrtle Beach High School in June of 2024. He is attend ing Clemson University to pursue degrees in Elementary Education and Political Science. Shaw joined Elliott Beach Rentals in February 2024 as a Vacation Rental Specialist. When not working, he enjoys volunteering, watching "Survivor" and playing pickleball. Bates, Kimberlyn - Kimberlyn is a native of North Myrtle Beach, SC. She joined the Elliott team in 2024, coming from a Travel Retail Merchandiser Company. She has four wonderful grown children and a precious grand daughter, who is the apple of her eye. Kimberlyn has traveled up and down the east coast. In her free time, she enjoys painting and remodeling her home. Bennett, Melissa - Melissa was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, SC. She is a wife, mother and grand mother. Melissa joined the Elliott team in 2022 as the online Reputation Coordinator. She graduated from Kaplan University ___ /4_ with honors completing degrees in Psychology, Forensic Science and Marketing. Melissa enjoys spending her free time with her res cue dogs and watching her Clemson Tigers win. Billman, Jerry - Jerry moved to the area five years ago from his humble beginnings in Greenup, KY. Eager to make a home for himself along the coast of T he Grand Strand, he has dedicated his years here to learning ..... the layout of the land, familiarizing himself in SC's rich history, and allowing the "orig inal locals" to fully submerge him in the unique culture and charm that ocean life can give. He's a strong and capable cog in the Homeowner Support machine and your newest representative for the Ocean Drive office. Jerry believes in hard work and embracing the natural tide of change while remembering the strong foundations that made your favorite realty company the greatest on the beach. Boulineau, Amanda - Amanda grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Myrtle Beach in 1994 to attend Coastal Carolina University. She has two sons, Christian and Joshua. Amanda is also the VP on .__._._ __ _, the Board of Directors for the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach. She joine d the Elliott team in 2009 as the eCommerce Director. Branham, Laura - Laura was born and raised outside of Princeton, NJ. She has been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area where her parents reside for 1 O years. In 2008, after having her son, she decided to relocate to North Myrtle Beach to be near family. Since 1994, she has worked in the medical field. Since joining Elliott in 201 O in the Reservations Department, she has been promoted to the Marketing Department and enjoys coordinating photos of properties to ensure proper presentation online. Brown, Holly - Holly was born and raised in Loris, SC where she dually graduated from Loris High School as Valedictorian and Horry Georgetown Tech with her associates in Fine Arts. She graduated from the College of Charleston in 2017 with a BA in Studio Art. Holly joined Elliott in 2013 as a part-time reservationist. After graduating college, she joined the revenue department as a Revenue/OTA Assistant. She currently is the Administrative Coordinator for Owner Services. Recently married in 2021, Holly now resides in her hometown with her husband, Tanner, sons Bishop and Hudson, and step daughter, Ariel. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and fur babies as well as painting and photography. Carter, Ian - Ian was born and raised in Loris, SC and has spent most of his life in Horry County. After graduating from Loris High School in 1998, he attended Horry Georgetown Tech, studying com puter technology. Ian has worked in sev eral fields of the hospitality industry, as well as in commercial and residential new cons ruction. In 2005, he joined the Elliott Property Services team as a part of the maintenance department. For over 15+ years, he has developed a true passion for the vacation rental industry, currently serving as Property Services Manager. Ian enjoys spending his time off going to the beach and exploring the local attractions with his family. Causey, Terry - Terry was born in Conway, SC and graduated from Conway High School in 1994. She also attended and graduated from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2001. Terry is married with four children and a dog. When not working she enjoys reading, being outside ,__.,__,.______.."""-_ and cooking. She loves the Summertime! Chestnut, Amy - Amy was born in Charleston, SC and raised in North Myrtle Beach. She graduated from Columbia Commercial College in Columbia, SC and Horry Georgetown Technical College in Conway, SC. Amy and husband Mike have two sons, Chasin and Drew. They are also proud grandparents of Austen, Tyler, Kaleigh, Dalton and Laney. Amy has been a member of the Elliott team since 1994, and does online reservations from the website. She also makes sure owners have access to Owner Portal.
