Harrelson, Nicole - Nicole believes every good story starts with a beach trip, a family gathering or a great meal. She loves traveling to new places, trying new recipes and making memories with the people she cares about most. When she's not planning her next adventure, you'll likely find her toes in the sand, searching lot the best local restaurant, or convincing her family that one more beach sunset is always worth staying for. She believes life is best lived with good food, good company and a little salt in the air. Harrelson, Pam - Pam is originally from the Greenville, SC area and a graduate of Furman University. She moved to Horry County in 1996 while working with the SC Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services. After a combined 28 years with that agency and Horry County Schools, she retired and began a new career in the Revenue Department here at Elliott. Working with revenue is exciting and presents chal lenges that she finds appealing. Pam and her husband, Clay, enjoy shelling at the beach and hiking in the mountains. Herr, Marianne - Marianne was born in Williamson, WV but grew up in Northern Virginia. She moved to the North Myrtle Beach area in 2021 (via a small stop in Charlotte, NC) where she continued her studies to become an elementary school teacher. After a year, she found her love for social media and started to branch out her career down that path. Marianne joined Elliott Beach Rentals in 2024 to work along side the new business team and help with marketing. Marianne auditioned for American Idol, America's Got Talent and The Voice. She still enjoys her love for music through being on the worship team at her church. Her ultimate dream is to be able to travel and share her travels through her social media. Holmes, Jeffrey - Jeffrey is a native of Conway, SC, where he graduated from Conway High School in 2008. He has more than 10 years of experience in the hospitali ty industry and joined the Elliott Beach Rentals team in 2023. In February 2026, he assumed the role of Front Desk Director. When not working, he enjoys watching movies, spending time outdoors and relaxing with family and friends. Hudler, Sharon - Sharon was born and raised in Charleston, WV. After spending 30 years in Charlotte, NC in the customer serv ice industry, she moved to the beach in 2012. Her son still lives in Charlotte and is a pastry and bread chef. Sharon is part of the reservation team at the Crescent Beach office. She loves working with the homeown ers and being able to listen and help with any questions or concerns. She is an active member of the NMB Optimist Club and OD Presbyterian Church where she is a part of the drama team. In her spare time she enjoys reading, writ ing, meeting people, relaxing on the beach and dancing. Huffman, Kaylyn - Kaylyn was born and raised in Horry County and graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2014 with a degree in Health Promotions. Growing up on the Grand Strand, Kaylyn has worked in hos pitality and tourism for years. She currently works at the Myrtle Beach office as the house keeping/Property Services Coordinator. Along with managing the Housekeeping Department, she conducts evaluations for all new and current properties in the Myrtle Beach area .. Outside of work, Kaylyn spends her time with her family, raising her little boy, Lynyrd, and improving her armchair investigator skills by watching the latest true crime. Ives, Stephanie - Stephanie is a native of North Carolina who now calls Myrtle Beach home. She's married and has three kids Morgan, Paisley and Garrett. She has 2 furry kids, Cavapoo, Finley and English Bulldog, Tully. She is a Pembroke State University graduate with many years of Customer Service and management experience. Stephanie joined the Elliott family in 2021, and works as a New Business Coordinator at the Windy Hill office. Stephanie enjoys traveling, spending time with family, dancing and relaxing on the beach. Karukas, George - George is our in-house locksmith and has over 20 years experience in construction and mainte nance. He was born and raised in Tipperary Hill in i.:a.vui Syracuse NY two blocks from the nation's only upside traf fic light. When his parents retired to Myrtle Beach in 1984, George soon followed along with two uncles and aunts, 4 cousins and a few nieces and nephews. George has six beautiful daughters and two gorgeous grandchildren. Kirk, David - David is originally from Florida. He moved to South Carolina and joined the Elliott family in 2015 in the Reservations Department. David attended Coastal Carolina University. When not working at the Ocean Drive office assisting guests, he enjoys spending his time on the beach. Love, Carol - Carol has been with Elliott since 2000. She joined as a Vacation Rental Specialist and has held the posi tion as Reservations Manger. She has always enjoyed work ing with the customers, homeowners and interacting with the public. She is now in the Marketing Department. Her position entails finding web sites on which to post Elliott's various properties. In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her friends and family. Ludlow, Alex - Alex started working with Elliott in the linen department in the summer of 2021. As a high school junior, he joined the OTA Department in November 2021. He graduated from high school in May 2023 and plans to attend college while maintaining his employment with Elliott. In his free time, he enjoys movies and music. He is a lover of all animals except dolphins. Ludlow, Susan - Susan was born and raised in central New Jersey and has lived in Horry County since 2007. Since moving to the Grand Strand, she has earned a bachelors degree from Coastal Carolina University, and a masters degree from the University of Edinborough in Scotland, UK. Susan joined the Elliott team in 2019 with the Reservations Department and is currently the Revenue/OTA Director in the Revenue Department. When not at work, she enjoys reading, gam ing and spending time with friends and family. Minor, Brooklyn - Brooklyn is a native of North Myrtle Beach. She graduated from North Myrtle Beach High School in 201 O and got a degree in Medical Assistance. She is very close with her family and enjoys spending time with her son, Bryson. Brooklyn has been with Elliott since 2014 and is thrilled to be a part of the com pany as the Property Services Assistant Manager .. Niccum, Stacey - Stacey is a native of Northern California having moved to the Carolinas in 1999. After spending many summers in North Myrtle Beach, she and her fiance Jeff decided to pack up their 2 fur kids, Jake and Molly and make the beach their permanent home. She joined the Elliott team in 2018, working in the Accounting Department doing payroll. Stacey's favorite moments are spent enjoying time with her 3 children: Brian, Daniel and Kelly and 3 granddaughters: Stephanie, Kaileigh and Olivia. When not working she also enjoys hanging on the beach with friends.
