Noblin , Brian - A native of Raleigh, NC Brian has vacationed with his family most of his life in Litchfield Beach. Brian simply came to the beach in the summer of 1993 to wait tables and have some fun. As the area endeared itself to him, he found a home here at the beach and started fol lowing his passion in 1996 ... GOLF! After 25 years in the golf package business, Brian joined the Elliott team in March of 2022 and brings his vast local golf course knowledge and golf package expertise to bear in our Golf Department. Brian is a people person and loves talking about his 3 daughters (Brianna, Kristen, and Elizabeth), his late model stock car racing career and more importantly, golf. The foundations of his life are Faith, Family and Friends. Brian's door is always open and I don't think he has EVER met a stranger. O'Neal, Melody - Melody was born and raised in Sumter, SC. Some of her fondest memories are the vacations she spent with her family at the beach. Melody left Sumter for Charlotte, NC where she lived for 1 O years while raising a family and helping run the family business. In 2003, she moved to the beach. Melody joined the Elliott team in 2005 and enjoys working with homeowners helping them maximize their rental income. Palmerico, Alice - Alice was born in Whiteville, NC, and raised in Jersey City, NJ. She has been with Elliott since 2018, starting out on a housekeeping team, and was recently promoted to in-office housekeeping support staff. She also oversees the caddy '-=----'--"-""' and supply room. When not working, Alice enjoys spending time with her grandkids and family. Parker, Weston - Weston was born and raised in North Myrtle Beach. He originally started at Elliott in the reservations department during the summer before his senior year at Clemson University in 2012. After graduating with a business manage ment degree, Weston acquired his SC Real Estate ---"-'-____,z_-'-'-• license and came back to work in the New Business Department here at Elliott, where he enjoys helping homeowners achieve their investment goals. When not working, Weston enjoys fishing, golfing, horseback riding, playing guitar and is an active member at Wampee United Methodist Church. .__ ___ _, Pease, Nicole - Nicole is from New Jersey and moved to SC to be closer to her family and the beach. She graduated from F.I.T with a bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising Management and worked for years as a Production Manager. Nicole loves spending time with her family and finds the changes that she's made were well worth it. Riccioni, Dawn - Dawn is originally from Clarendon, NC. She moved to South Carolina in 1992. Dawn joined the Elliott team in 2013, starting in the Reservations Department. In a short time, she was promoted to Front Desk Coordinator at the Windy Hill office and then to Vacation Rental Director at the Crescent Beach office. She enjoys working with homeowners and acquiring new business. Before coming to Elliott, Dawn was in the banking -----"-------._, industry. She and her husband Craig have three beautiful children: Justin, Jordan Grace, and Jake. When not working, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, relaxing on the beach, or by the fire pit. She also enJoys attending country music concerts with her daughter Jordan and making many memories. Rowland, Susan - Susan was born and raised in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She moved to the Hilton Head, SC area in 2008 and soon joined a major resort on the island as business development manager overseeing 300 properties. Travel has always been Susan's passion. She graduated in """-"'-'--- - -------=__, travel and tourism in Belfast, then worked for var ious travel companies and grew her hospitality experience by trav eling to a lot of the world. Susan likes to laugh, meet new people, play the piano and spend time with her husband. She has worked in the short-term rental industry for 20+ years and has managed the new business team since 2022. Shields, Marlo - Marlo is originally from Queens/Long Island, NY. She has been in the North Myrtle Beach area since 2006. Marlo joined the Elliott family in the reservation department in January of 2016 and was just promoted to Reservation Director. She is married and has a beautiful daughter. When not working, Marlo enjoys spending time with friends and family. Shriver, Klancy - Klancy was born in Oregon and grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where he earned his Asociates degree at Lower Columbia College. After finally getting tired of all the rain, his wife Steph and two puppies packed the Jeep and made the cross- country move to beau tiful Myrtle Beach. Klancy joined Elliott in 2022 and works as an OTA & Revenue assistant. When not at work, Klancy enjoys adventures in his Jeep, cheering for the Anaheim Ducks, and smoking delicious meals on his barbecue. Sikes, Shanna - Shanna relocated to the North Myrtle Beach area in 2015 from the upstate of SC for her husband's job. Prior to working at Elliott, she was a stay-at-home mom to her 6 children ranging in ages from 1 O to 20. She also homeschooled her children for 11 years. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family on the beach while reading a good novel or taking her kids fishing. Slack, Katie - Katie grew up in Raleigh, NC, and attended Appalachian State University in Boone. She graduated in 2015 with a degree in recreation management. From the mountains to the sea, she moved to North Myrtle Beach in 2023. In her free time, she enjoys going on adventures with her blue heeler, Doobie. Katie also writes articles for a Mental Health Organization, loves to read and is working towards becoming a published author. Soltes, Doris - Doris is originally from Wallington, NJ and attended travel school in Minneapolis. She met her husband, Tom, while em_ployed as a Reservations Agent to Amtrak. Doris, along with her son and daugh ter followed Tom's career moves to 7 different states. Doris settled in NMB and joined the .... Elliott team in 2013. She enjoys spending time with her precious granddaughters, volunteering at the Humane Society, and of course enjoying the beach!
